I had my iPhone battery replaced here. They did a great job however the top of my touchscreen became unresponsive. Brought it into apple and was told that I would need a new display which would cost over $200, so I brought it back to batteries plus. Informed the employee of the issue and he immediately took it in the back and reseated the connections on the display. The display worked perfectly after that! So good to know Batteries Plus stands behind their work! Highly recommend their repair work!

I went in to the west Beltline store today to purchase batteries for my hearing device, a type not easily found in pharmacies. In August the price was $3.95 for a six pack.  I bought the three packs on the display, and noticed at the register that the price had jumped to $9.95 for the same item.  When I asked what had happened since the last time I was in, I received the glib reply, " the economy tanked."  I would like to buy local, and had planned on ordering some there in volume.   No way!  On-line, I found the same item could be purchased in bulk for $2.29 plus shipping.  Sad.

Batteries plus is literally the best place to go for anything battery/light related. Need a car battery? They'll replace it for you. Need a taillight/headlight replaced they'll do it for you. Friendly and helpful staff.

You can't beat this place for convenience. I went in looking for new car battery and left 15 minutes later with a new battery installed. The service was excellent, and they had what I needed in stock. It was raining at the time, but the guy willingly confirmed the existing battery was dead, grabbed a new one off the shelf, and installed the new battery quick as can be. He never complained about the rain. A nice touch was the OBD II memory device they used to retain radio presets and bluetooth connections.
I was a little surprised by the price of the replacement battery, but it's been a while since I have had to buy one. Turns out they're a little higher, but their service and, did I mention, convenience makes it all worth it. Wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Super great people work here!! When my truck broke down, the gentleman working was kind enough to let me leave it there until I could get the part I needed. It has a really big, open parking lot. Very clean store. Awesome place.
