never ever use the kiosk at the stores. they say they will ship the key, which was stupid to begin with. but when it doesn't show up in your mail box and it says it was delivered, it takes all sense of security away and you have to change your locks because the thought that someone has your house key gives you anxiety. terrible service. don't use unless you want your stuff stolen. then all they do is give you a refund and say there is no way someone would know there is a key in the envelope.... unless they OPEN IT!!! terrible terrible service

Waste of time and not really useful. I think this business needs more feedback and communication with the technicians and customers. The system they are using is too complicated and not really helpful. I believe the service needs to imply more information about how the situation works, their exact eta and a possibility they are not guarantee to help customers in need, which they aren’t being honest and it’s rude to state that but it’s true on their end.

The KeyMe machine worked great, but the "free" key it said we were awarded had an error code, so we did not receive it. However, the two keys I wanted to purchase were cut and work great.
