  Keys did NOT work-ugh. But, Minute Key customer service rep handled my call about problem very professionally. Bummed cause it seemed easy and looked close to original key - but no go. 1star for quality of key but 5 stars for customer service!!! Avg = 3 stars.

  I made seven key copies, and only one key is actually usable. The keys are too short, and don’t work. This is e trembly disappointing, and I would like my money back. Avoid using Minute Key!

  How a business handles a problem tells you a lot about them. Had four keys cut from a new master. All were bad. Obviously the scan done was inaccurate. Requested a refund and they made it right. Kudos to them!
