  Easy process at the kiosk. Unfortunately we are not told before hand if a particular key was unavailable. But, I had time and so went through with order, which was delivered to my home. If you need a key immediately, make sure the machine has the type you need in stock, before completing order. Rest of the process and experience has been outstanding.
