  Rob came out to do a rekey for us. He was on-time, very friendly, and explained what he was doing every step of the way. The price was very fair and I am pleased with the results. If and when we are in need of a locksmith again, Firstline will be my first call.

  I called about a 60 year old lock that was not working and thought I would have to add a deadbolt to secure my home. First getting the appointment and the office answering my questions about cost was very good. Second, working around my schedule was perfect and the window they provided was right on. Donald came and looked at my situation and fixed the problem without having to replace the lock. He gave me advise on how to replace this very old key because it is so old that they did not have the template to make it: (neither did ACE). I highly recommend this company for any lock issues and in particular Donald was truly wonderful!

  Unlike most household contractors they are the real deal. I have now used them for locksmithing and door leveling. Both technicians were highly competent, came is a timely manner and repaired all of the issues. I highly recommend them. Truthfully I am fairly hard to please so my plaudits are well earned.
