  The locksmith that came to help yesterday took advantage of my vulnerability and anxiety of being locked out of my residence. He said that if he couldn’t open the doorknob with his tools, he’d have to drill it. He tried for about 30 seconds and said he had to drill it. He did and broke my doorknob completely. Asked if I wanted a new one for 250. I could buy and install a new one for less than 10. At first he said opening the door would be 275, but after opening, he said he needed to charge the emergency cost (95$). I really do not think opening a lock is that expensive, and I would like some of my money back.

  Keys worked great, 3 keys for the price of 2, didn't have to wait on anyone to cut them for me, got to do groceries afterwards. A+

  Although one of my 10 or so key copies đid not work at all (and I was refunded the cost promptly and without a need to mail the bad ones back), I've had a good experience with the machines and have never yet needed to use their key memory system. The machine's once mixed up the style of the 2 keys I was requesting (to be fair, maybe I messed up), but had allowed me to make copies of both my mailbox and building keys that human key copiers cannot.
