  Scanning and having a key mailed to me was fast and convenient. Would have given 5 stars if the kiosk had asked to save my keys in the app as well (as the app says it will) but it did not. Update: you have to login first using the login at the lower left. It would be better if it was integrated into the purchase process.

  At first I had a problem inserting the original key and none of the employee at Smith's grocery could provide an assistance. But after trying to insert hard on the machine then the next step becomes a breeze. You might be losing customer of this issue. But all the rest is fine.

  Easy and both keys worked fine. Machine at a 24 Hour grocery store so can make copies anytime without having to visit a locksmith during work hours.
