  I had to make a lot of keys for different doors and some came out rough and hopefully they will all work. Some of the keys in the turntable were not popping up on the screen as a choice, but still had keys in their slots. I would prefer to get a printed receipt for my business needs right at the kiosk and not have to put in an email 10 times to have a receipt sent to me. Other than that, it's extremely accessible and easy to use.

  The advertisement on the machine is false. The advertisement on the machine indicated, purchase 2 keys and get 1 for free. The machine did not make the 3 key and doesn't give a receipt. The store associates do not help. I had to call the phone number on the machine and deal with automated system. This is a process takes too long and a waist of time.

  Key kiosk is simple and easy to use. Got keys copied and made in under 5 minutes. Highly recommend if you need keys made.
