The kiosk was very easy to use. My new key works perfectly. The only thing that would make the experience better is if I would've been able to have my key on the spot instead of shipped to me. Don't know if the machine is not capable to copy special keys or they were just out of stock. Overall very nice.

Our kiosks can duplicate basic house keys. It will only convert it into a mail order when it detects that the customer's key is less common or a mail order design was selected. I was locked out of my front door of my home and did not know what to do. I called these guys and they said they will send someone over. However, I figured out how to unlock the door 10 mins after I initially called them. So I call them back to cancel my request but the person on the phone was being a bit rude/giving me attitude. She was basically saying that I had to pay their service fee ($29) still even if I didn't use there service and asking for my credit card number. I decided not to give her my payment information and wait for the serviceman to come and then give him my payment information if that is still the case. I am sure not sure why they can't just call the serviceman and tell him/her to not come. However, the serviceman called me about 20 minutes later to ask if I still needed help and I replied no. He was very nice and said "ok" along with "have a nice day" to me. I am assuming I do not have to pay the service fee in the future since they do not have my payment information. So the whole point of this review is that the call center staff seems to be rude and shady (could be only the call center staff that I called specifically at that time while other call center staff may be better and understanding) but the serviceman staff (or the one called me to confirm if I still needed help) are very nice and friendly.
