  The locksmith was here even faster than we were told and had the door unlocked in a flash. The lock was old and the tumblers failed, but he did the repair and made sure we were safe.

  I'd rather receive the keys on the spot than have them mailed to me half a week later. The keys work fine though and seem sturdy.

Basic brass keys are available at the kiosk, and are able to dispense a duplicate in less than 5 minutes. However unique keys and most designs are sent through the mail.
