I had my car locked with all my belongs, phone, wallet, everything and they said they couldn't help to open my car if I don't gave them. My credit card number with I'll gladly provide if I could get from my locked car! So yes ... They are not professional to a point of see case by case when you could do. Open my car and hold the key until I paid for the service... Solved a problem... So I don't recommend them at all
