  I've used KeyMe for several years and being in Real Estate I copy a lot of keys. Today, I had my first issue with a key that didn't work. I had low expectations for a response but when I called, I waited less than 10 seconds to talk to a live human, she refunded the charge, sent me a voucher to get another copy made for free and was pleasant the whole time doing it. I was really quite impressed with their customer service.

  The service was easy to use, even for the type of key I was trying to copy, which apparently was not a very common type. Even though the original was old and worn, the new keys worked great.

  Just perfect ....I was have a lost key for my electric bike ....only him make a copy of that key...and in good price too...I can not do it any where else....thanks for him..
