  I called the customer service center and just asked for the price for the car key replacement, they sent the worker to my house without asking me and charged me $35 for service fee even I didn’t ask them to replace my car key. I'm very unhappy about it.

  Called KeyMe to inquire about their services, and what it would cost. Tech "Sammy" wanted $150 + service fee. Told him no thanks, too $$$ for a simple lock. Got five calls back from them saying they'd do it for $100, told them No. This morning I get a text saying they've charged my CC $224. They did not perform any work, yet charged my card. Beware!

  Copied my keys at Bed Bath and Beyond. It was fast, easy and the keys work, thats not always the case! Ordered a key that had to mailed to me came fast and there was a note in the envelope about why the owner started the business. A nice touch. The is really pretty too.
