  Called because my sister had locked her keys in her car and was therefore locked out of her apartment during a historic cold snap. No matter how many times it was stressed to them that this was an emergency, the driver said they would get to it "eventually" and finally said they would be there by tomorrow. We got help elsewhere, and when I called to cancel I was informed there would be a $29 cancellation fee because "the driver [was] already on his way." The representative on the phone kept explaining that the fee was to reimburse the driver for their time and gasoline, while I kept explaining that since their estimated arrival wasn't until the next day, they couldn't have possibly left yet. The representative finally ended up hanging up.

  The key wasn't cut exactly like the original, but somehow it manages to still lock and unlock my box.
