  This is the first time I have used such self service. Usually, I would ask someone in the store to make me a duplicate key. With this machine it was fun to do everything myself . I am amazed by the options it has. The keys came out fine. I was also able to make a duplicate key for my car. In this one the machine to the information and it was mailed to my address within a few days. I would highly recommend this to others.

  Using the vending machine at Bed Bath & Beyond was quick and easy. Love the key, a little pricier than going to the hardware store tho. But overall, it was super simple and kind of fun.

  Two of my keys did not work. One did. They are refunding for the two keys. Professionally handled.
