  I am not sure I will go back to this location, they are definitely not the most customer friendly in there. I went in and was buying 2 fob batteries to the tune of $37 & asked if they had a restroom the one guy says not for customers we closed it because of covid, he never even looked up from the computer he was looking at just said his piece when I said I would have to remember that he says well there are people working back there we have to think about them and walked away. I have been going there for years and they used to go test the batteries now they just put em on the counter, charge you for them and walk away. Luckily they both worked out fine but I think I will go elsewhere that is most customer friendly.

  Overall service and affability of the contact person was exemplary. I bought online, but the item was not in stock at my store of choice. I was quickly contacted and asked how I wanted to proceed. After gaining permission to order the part, it arrived in the stated amount of time. Again, the phone contact was quick, efficient, and pleasant. I will definitely use this store again and would highly recommend.
