  Too quick to charge for no service. Called and was assured there were technicians in the area to unlock my car. After waiting a while I was informed the technician that took the job had canceled. I also do not think it should be allowed to charge for a service that was not performed then have to wait a week for a return to my account while also having to call another service. If you are in Auburn and lock your keys in your car call Tiger Towing! They will get the job done faster and cheaper!!!

  I used the kiosk at my local grocer to order a new chipped car key. My key came in the mail about 5 days later and works great.

  Called, paid for, and scheduled a technician only to receive a text message stating there weren’t any available trucks in my area after verifying my information over the phone several times. Now I have to wait 3-5 days for a refund on top of paying someone else to get my car unlocked.
