  I had been calling around to several different places and none of them were able to provide both key and/or key fob, same day appointments, or just even the amazing knowledge on the key fob for the make and model of my car. BUT 911 Lock & Key went above and beyond from same day appointment (less than 30 minutes after my call), both key fob and key combination, timely service less than 15 minutes and outstanding customer service. They now have a long time customer due to the amazing and smooth process of service they provided.

  I can’t say enough good things about 911 Lock & Key. I left a message on their web page about what I needed, and they promptly replied even though it was after-hours for them. Then this morning they showed up and the locksmith was very quick and efficient. He made a door key and an ignition key for my son’s truck. I was amazed at how little they charged for the service! I highly recommend them. Great service at a very reasonable price!
