  If I could give it a minus rating, I would. I accidentally got locked out of my house. The locksmith said he would be there in 30 minutes. I waited almost 1 1/2 hours before he got there. He couldn't even open the lock to my house.

  Phone number goes to a call center in India, not to a local locksmith. Useless.
