The machine is very convenient.  My only concern is that the free key did not work out. It was not keyed correctly.  But the other keys worked great.  I would use the machine again.

Smooth experience.
Their process is very streamlined and quick.
I wanted to duplicate keys and RFID.
Keys were done the same time and RIFD took about a week to arrive, but there was a great visibility on wash step of the process.
I will use them in future too.

The directions at the kiosk were a little confusing at times, they could be made clearer. It told me to remake the first key, then proceeded to charge me twice for the one key. I was confused as to my choices of key designs. I just moved on and got brass to end the experience.But all in all, the keys worked and I got what I paid for. Also, I didn't have to stand in line! So, thank you!

The kiosk is really convenient.  I purchased a key and also ordered a really neat one for my son.  A Guitar key.  Its helpful to have multiple styles and colors on your key ring so they are easily identifiable.  Very quick too.  I will let you know how the delivery goes.  Thanks - "GO KIOSK

CoVid SIP and I lost my remote to the KIA Soul! So, eBay bought easy peasy. Needs programming, last time this happened I went to them at the kiosk at the Great Mall. We call them anyway to leave a message but they answer. They came to our house, did it all AND for the same price as before...on a Sunday.

I went to the location to make a mail box key. They said they will mail it to me. After a week, I did not get it. I called them. They said somehow the key cannot delivered because of the address is not ripped off. So the mail office are send it back. I want them to resend it, they said they cannot. I provided my credit card, transaction, correct phone number, even the email address. But because of typo of the email. They cannot send it back to me. They asked me to go back to the machine to rescan it again.
Really bad service.

A few of the keys would not fit in my door.

easy and efficient in took 5 minutes to make 3 copies and all of them work perfectly. Convenient location of the kiosk just in the grocery store
