  I love the convenience that this technology provides. I've gotten keys twice now from KeyMe. The service is great in terms of convenience. The technology is awesome. But the keys seem soft. They bend and break after about 5 to 6 months of use. Maybe it's due to how I turn the key as I open the door. As my wife, who still has her original key (I lost mine) to our apartment says, it has to do with the way I turn the key in the lock; i.e. that I don't turn the handle as I turn the key thus putting more pressure on the key, which is a good point, but I try to make a point of not doing that. That said, I never had keys break like that. I think they still should not be that weak. 2 times they've bent and broken. They seem to get weakened over time. Maybe this is not a good experiment to judge by but 2 times. Or maybe it's my fault. That said, I can bend these key in half with my hands fairly easily. Easier it seems than other keys. Which is definitely part of why they break. Good service though.
