  Locksmith was amazing. I lost my keys to my 2007 Mercedes. I had 3 other auto locksmiths her try to make the key. They were all unsuccessful. Troy was a true expert and was able to do the job in an hour. I highly recommend them.

  I want to give them negative 5 stars, I’ve been waiting on a technician to help me with my car ignition for 3 days and they kept rescheduling me. today I had a 10am appointment and I keep calling their phone number but I keep getting hung up on. The guy is a weak coward and wont speak to me. Dont string me along like that, terrible & embarrassing business practice. Just say “we dont have the knowledge or experience to help you” instead of telling me someone will get back to me and no show the appointment time you scheduled for me. completely inadequate and unprofessional
