  Our car was locked and running and KeyMe, after making sure they had our credit card information, promised to have someone out as soon as possible. About 20 minutes later I get a text telling us that they can't help us afterall. They are a 24 hour service and they can't help us?! They left us hanging completely! We had to call another company and they were there in a half an hour!!! Not professional at all!

  I ordered my keys from the machine and a few days later received them in my mailbox. And they worked.

  Was surprised to find the key could be made from a kiosk. Recieved it in a timely manner, and it works!!!
