  The Service I received at Batteries plus bulbs sets the bar for all others. The inventory for the items I purchased was off. I don't really care about the inventory issue. What I care about is the High level of professionalism and over the top customer service I received on my first visit to a Batteries Plus Bulbs store. Keep up the good work. You have a new customer.   I bought 2 batteries from here, the first one did not have a charge and was not charging. I took it back and got a new one, this time the battery was charged, although it had wrong hardware. I ended up not returning and getting different hard were from a different store. They need to make sure everything works before they sell there stuff.
