  I called at 1:50pm for an older disabled lady locked out of her car at a grocery store on a Sunday. This is a third party service and they called 3 different companies to help her. They changed the time of their arrival 3 times and the last one was 6:15 in the evening!!!! The manager of the grocery store found a local locksmith to help her. I was charged $121.00 for the service and got nothing. NEVER CALL KEYME FOR A LOCKOUT!!! One star is too many!

  Used the kiosk at a local store everything went smooth. Wish they had more options in stock because there is one at another store that offers cheaper prices and more options but this was an emergency situation and was convenient. Also seems machine was lagging, may need an update or service team to check it out but all in all it did the job and got me keys.

  This was a totally unexpected but new experience. I had to get a key copied and when I got to the location all I saw was a kiosk. I didn't think this would work well but it scanned the key and had me input my shipping information and showed me the price for the new key. I paid and recieved the key about a week later. This was way better than going to Home Depot and the person that makes keys is gone for break/the day or just can't get the key made because they don't have the needed resources. Just a quick simple in and out. Quickest key making experience in terms of actually getting service done. I usually go to get a key made and I often came home without the key having to make at least a second trip before finally getting the key made.
