  Short-staffed. The manager/technician/cashier did a god job assisting each customer in a long line this afternoon. But he made everyone got their problem solved at the best price he could offer. I will be back.

  I've had a couple great experiences with this store recently. Will definitely be going back and recommending them to friends. Bobby was able to make some keys for my sons car when no one else could. It was no easy task working with the one old key I had. I tried at several other places before I knew that Batteries Plus offered key cutting. A few weeks later they programmed a new key fob for my car. I called ahead and they had it waiting when I arrived and had someone available to program it. Didn't take long at all. Everyone there was friendly and helpful.
