  Did not.provide a quote ahead of.time and them over harged 2 times competitive rate. We had another servicer that we planned to do the job, but they sent a tech so we felt obliged to pay, but definitely scamming. Similar run around about pricing policy when talking to management. I would stay clear of Key4U
