Submitted a service request by email over the weekend, first thing Monday call back, Wed AM appt. Ralph was the locksmith who came by, he was exactly what a clueless homeowner needed. He was professional, friendly, and took care of my three locks in a jiffy. This was a superb experience.

This is my new go to place for keys . The staff was very helpful and went above and beyond. I couldn't of asked for better service.

We locked our keys in our car on a road trip rest stop and Justin saved our butts! He arrived in less than 10 minutes and got us in in no time. We had already started considering changing our plans and thought we would have to spend the day camped out at McDonalds, but our delay was minimal. Excellent work, high quality and super fast!

Great locally owned business. I couldn't find anyone to laser cut the key for my sons Volkswagen except the dealer who had to order it and wait for it to be sent & wanted to charge me almost what I paid for the car! Key One stepped up to the plate with great service & a great price. Its a home run! I'll never go anywhere else.

We've always known the "key place" near the Amish Market was great for house keys, car keys, etc but when we had a large gun safe to get re-keyed, we really realized the advantage of using a local business that knew what they were doing! They came out quickly, got it all fixed up and (patiently) explained the nuances of putting the combination. It was so much easier and affordable than we thought. Highly recommend

Jeremy SAVED our vacation!  We realized (too late to turn around) that we left our cargo carrier keys at home.  Jeremy took a look at the lock, drafted a key and, when that one didn't work, drafted another one.  Success!!!  He was determined to do what he could to help us out while also juggling multiple customers - all with a calm, respectful demeanor.  Thank you, Jeremy at Key One!

Super fast. The guy was super friendly and had me in and out within a few minutes. Way better than waiting around at Walmart for an associate that doesn't even know how to cut a key.
