  Thomas is amazing! He will be there in your time of need. He is very honest and genuine. My hubby's battery went dead. I purchased a key fob and he also came back and fixed the horn that was beeping uncontrollably. He has me as a loyal customer for life!

  My original appointment was set at 12:00 pm and he said he “forgot” then showed up at 5pm leaving Me stranded at home all day. Then he lied to me stating that my key were not the issue with my car causing me to spend over 300 dollars to get my car towed to a shop. Then the dealership picked my car up and told me that the key was the issue and that the same lock Smith would be programming me a new key the next day at 10am he didn’t show up to the dealership until 2pm now he has to go get some special equipment to make me a new key delaying me another 2 hours after already being late. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIS SERVICES!!!

  Good work, the service was a positive experience. Arrived promptly and was able to immediately diagnose and repair the key.
