I stopped by their booth during the Flowertown festival. I had been without a key fob that malfunction for about three years and was worried about the cost of it because everyone was quoting at a dealership two to $300 for a new remote. I finally found the time to swing by and talk to Wes and the other gentleman working today. I thought I was going to be out of pocket about two to $300 for remote. They put the machine up to my car checked out the remote and found out that the battery was not securely put into the remote it was loose. These guys did a great job save me so much time and money and I’m so appreciative. If you need anything to do with your car lock and unlock , please come to these guys they are amazing.

West drove 30min through heavy traffic to help me unlock my car. He was very professional, kept me updated on his arrival time, and was very fast at getting my car unlocked. I am very satisfied and will definitely call them again if I lock my keys in my car again

My son and I were referred by Hoover the Moover. We purchased keys and two key fobs. Two weeks passed and we heard nothing. I called someone told me our keys were ready so I went to pick them up. When I got there it was a different story! No keys were available. I received a refund and received my refund the same day. I was told my son keys were going to be there on Saturday. My son arrived on Saturday... No keys and they had the nerve to be rude when he requested a receipt and refund. Guess what? It has been a month and he still has not received his keys or refund!!!!! I do not recommend this place! Update*****Then the owner blocked me after he left his reply. We returned in a week after we called and you told us our keys were ready. But they weren't. We did not demand anything! We simply got our keys elsewhere. My son will return to get his money. When we are out out work and school you guys are closed. You shouldn't lie on your customers. If my son card had difficulties why didn't you just give him cash when he was there? This will be our 4th time returning with no success!

We ordered the keys for you and your son and they took over a week to come in. You and your son returned within 4 days and demanded a refund before the keys we ordered landed. We have no issue doing a refund. Ms Buist, your refund happened the same day but there was a technically difficulty with your son's card. We immediately offered a cash refund. All he has to do is come in person to pick up the cash but you guys are yet to return. Looking forward to working with you then. Thanks for the opportunity to earn your business. - Mike @ Key Harbor
