  Casey and Scott came right out and got me back into my house quickly and efficiently. I had a challenging situation and they were great weighing all the options to ensure no expensive damage. I’d recommend them to anyone!

  I initially left a 5 star review, but now I have to change it to 1. Very unprofessional and complete lack of communication. They were out here OVER 3 weeks ago to quote me on some work, but never sent me a quote despite multiple phone calls asking for one, I was always told that they would send me the quote "later today". I finally went with another company that got it all done in one visit. Yes, they were more expensive, but they actually got the work done. I spoke to the owner today and he stated that he never sent over a quote because he didn't have the part he needed and the part just came in today. He said there was "no point" in contacting me to tell me that he didn't have the part and of course blamed COVID for the delay. If only he had COMMUNICATED, he would still have my business.
