After hunting around everywhere for a locksmith that cuts motorcycle keys, I finally found one and he did a great job! I had ordered a blank key to be duplicated from my existing key so I would have a spare on hand, but couldn’t find anywhere that would cut the key for me, not even Honda customer service had answers for me. Key Guys were super helpful and quick. I was all done in ten min. And the key works great.

The service I received was the best service I’ve had in a long time. He was very accommodating. I had to reschedule and there was no issues. He made me a new key same day. Very professional and polite. I highly recommend and I will definitely use their keys services in the future.

Jacob came out and cut and programmed a new key for our 2011 Corolla. His prices are way better than the dealership and he is very professional. Answered any questions I had. Will use the Key Guys next time we need a locksmith!

Bought a key off of Amazon and not one auto store said they could program and cut it to make it work for my truck. They recommended going to a dealer. The dealer wanted $300 for a new key. I called the Key Guys and got my Amazon bought key programmer and cut for less than half that price. And they came to me, on my time. Quick and easy and professional.

This review is long overdue. These guys are great. I bought a real nice used 2012 mazda 3 about 11 months ago and the car only came with one Key Fob (which generally seems to be the way it goes). The used car dealer pointed me in the direction of the Key Guys and told me that this is the lock smith they use. Talked with Jacob and asked to get an oem key fob not an aftermarket. It tuned out that the oem was not oem but oem refurbished since he was unaware that they were going to do that he went ahead and let me have the key at the generic price. For the drive down to Roswell and getting everything taken care of the price was amazing and the service top notch. I'll be back again!

Jacob saved the day! He was prompt and got me in my car, programmed my new key fob, and even jump started my vehicle.  I will recommend him to all my family and friends.

5* service and price! Totally would recommend!

I needed to get a new key fob for my car. The nearby dealership wanted $200 for the key fob, and then another $170 to program it; the total would come to about $400. I couldn’t justify the high cost so I decided to shop around. After sending out a few inquiries, The Key Guys was the first one to respond to me (most didn’t reply actually) and gave me a $250 all inclusive quote.

I met them at their Roswell office location (they can meet you at your location, but based on distance, there might be a travel expense cost). I was in and out within an hour. They (Jacob & Justin) had to update my car’s computer with their device which was the part that took  the most time (~10 min). We had a good chat while waiting and I learned a lot about them and their business.

Jaccob has been in this business for about 5 years. Certain cars need specific procedures to program the key, so if you don’t know what you are doing, you could mess up the car’s computer and could end up with thousands of dollars of damage (a.k.a a new computer). Jaccob certainly knows what he is doing and he got it done correctly and quickly.

They also made the insert key copy for me (included in the price), so I have a new key fob with the insert key. Although the key fob is not a genuine part from the manufacture (so no brand logo on it), but just serving as a secondary backup key, I have no issue at all with it, as long as it works.

$250 may still seem steep for a new key fob (but this price is hard to beat), but I’m really paying for their professional knowledge about key fob copying (just like if you hire a professional like an electrician, plumber, lawyer, etc, you are mainly paying for their knowledge and expertise and not just the actual time they spend with you).

I have also learned that the cost of the equipment that they used to read my car’s computer was also verrry expensive (and every year they need to get a newer one to support new cars), and their monthly Google advertising costs are in the 4 digit figures (people usually Google when they are in need of a locksmith). So factoring in all this overhead, I could understand why this key copying is such expensive work.

All in all, I received 5* service - from the initial phone conversations, to the actual new key programing and insert copy process and all the chit-chat we had, to the total cost of $250. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a car key copy or locksmith need.

He was very helpful the first day and came to retrieve my keys from my car within 10 minutes and helped me with a spare key the following week and was upfront and honest with prices.

Key Guys have been the best for us!  With teenagers we are forever losing keys. They are professional and responsive and fair.  I highly recommend them!
