  They came out on Dec29th to make a key for my car. At which time I was locked out of, therefore there needed to be a new key made and programmed. Well they did come out, however the key that they made did not work and it took three days to get the issue resolved, keep in mind I paid them on the spot! The customer service is terrible and the lies they told were worst‼️ Would not recommend for service❗️Oh yes, it’s January 2 and I still don’t have a working key for my car that I paid them for🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩

  Someone stole my car smart keys , Hence I had to call to AM-PM locksmith. The locksmith person showed up. I asked him to give me two smart keys. I had no idea the guy would trick me with fake keys. He charged me $500 for two old and fake keys which worked okay for only two days. I didn't say two weeks, just TWO days. When I call to the office, they dont seem to help. Finally, I went to Honda dealer and got original keys for half of the money I paid for the fake keys. My advice: Know where to call when you face the same problem I had

  The receptionist was very nice and helpful, but I didn't have a great experience with the locksmith they outsourced too (Owen Locksmith). He came in 30 mins which was great, but charged me at the top of his quote without explaining why, and the key hole on one of the locks he rekeyed was upside down and said "it isn't a big deal". Ended up paying $200 when i was quoted by other places es under $150
