I cannot sing praises high enough. I have experienced one bad thing after another. My purse was stolen and I had no back up key programed to my car. The dealerships wanted to charge way more than I could afford.

Within 20 minutes they were here, and willing to work with the blank key I ordered from Amazon. -- of course the Amazon key ended up not being compatible with my vehicle. However they quickly cut, and programmed a key that was! I am so grateful!

Charles was fast and quick, definitely going to keep his number handy for vehicle lockout.

Called Key and Lock Solutions today because my keys were locked in the trunk, with no trunk access through the backseat. Charles was super quick and professional! He figured out how to unlock the trunk in 5 minutes, no new key necessary. The price was half what others charged, AND he drove 1.5 hours in heavy traffic to get to me! Felt so relieved to get my keys and not have to pay an unreasonable cost for it. You don’t get this kind of service all the time🥲 Thanks, Charles!!!

I would like to personally thank Mr. Charles Wade for doing such a great job in a timely fashion! With a hassle free quote & very fair pricing! My mother was at a doctors appointment & somewhere along the way from parking garage to office visit her key fob was lost! I called numerous locksmiths & was quoted a price of $240! I was told at 2:30 in the afternoon that a driver would be there soon! Low a behold the company never showed up & gave my elderly Mother the run around! She sat in hospital garage for over 6 hours & no one ever showed up from company I called! I decided to give key lock solutions a call  & Charles called me promptly & I made him aware of situation my Mom was in! He was like the Flash showing up in less than 25 minutes like he said he was going to do! I appreciate his efforts in taking care of business the way it’s supposed to be done! If anyone should ever need assistance in a situation like mines don’t hesitate to give Mr. Wade a call! From the bottom of my heart I GREATLY APPRECIATE the effort put forth by this Gentleman! I needed a new key because my old one wasn’t working anymore and charles drove an hr away to where i was and it only took him about 5 mins if not less for him to program a brand new key. great service!! thank you! highly recommend
