  This gentleman got woke up at 5:30 am by us because we lost our keys and wasn't sure if they got locked in our car. Despite the huge inconvenience he was willing to drive out to my house (very far from town) and try to check for me by unlocking my vehicle. He told me it would be around and hour until he got out to me due to the drive and him needing to get out. I called him back after maybe a half hour and told him they were found! He didn't charge me a dime for waking him up and was just happy we found them! He was absolutely fantastic and understanding! Couldn't be more pleased with the experience!!

  Our two year old son locked himself in a bedroom (we were visiting family, and their home was not childproofed). We tried every tool and trick, but after no success in unlocking it ourselves, we called in the professionals! I called one locksmith, who seemed put off by my call and wouldn't be available for 30min or so... Clearly that wasn't acceptable, so I called the next locksmith on the list. Thankfully, Kenny Locksmith (Brian) was immediately available, given the "emergency" situation involving a child. He arrived much faster than I expected, probably 5 minutes after we hung up. He quickly got to work and had the door unlocked within minutes. This included having to actually dismantle the entire knob! Brian was a hero for us that day! And, for the record, our toddler was completely fine through the whole ordeal. Typical. Haha! 😜
