  On a long trip, I noticed I lost my set of house keys which had identifying loyalty cards attached to it. I was very concerned and from my car “googled” best Jackson Heights locksmiths. Joseph Alarm and lock appeared. From all their years in business I called and spoke with Hector, the new owner. I explained what happened and asked if he could replace two locks as soon as possible. He said no problem and we scheduled an appointment the next morning. He even knew my building. True to his word, Hector was actually EARLY for the appointment. His work was professional, clean and very skilled as he replaced my two locks. Hector was very personable, customer service oriented and just a really nice guy. And Hector wouldn’t leave until I fully tested both locks and I was completely satisfied. I researched the prices for these locks beforehand, and Hector’s price was very reasonable. He offers 24 hour emergency service, and I will use him from now on for all my key and lock needs, as I always support local businesses. And Joseph Locksmith has earned my support.

  Staffs are friendly, responsive, and professional, while fee for key duplication is relatively reasonable and many keys are merely $ 2 per key. Staffs can command English and Spanish language.
