An older gentleman who works there helped me build a  part for with different pieces to replace a discontinued part that had failed. Super helpful and took time to understand what I needed and help me find a solution.

They do not honor product warranty and come up with excuses.  I will never buy a Stihl  product  from them again.  I have other equipment  that I purchased  and have not had any trouble with them.  Bad customer service.

Great place to go to, seems small from the outside but is packed with goodies, everything you are looking for in small warehouse, lots of friendly people just ready to help. I will give it 10 stars if I could.

Buyers beware, warranty for products are not honored. Any issues with their products they will say that warranty does not cover it and will try to charge. Be wary of buying anything and adding “warranty” from this location.

The staff was very friendly. I ordered an item and they called me promptly when it arrived. I will be back! I saw someone posted about Lowe’s and them not keeping up... well, if you want to support a large box store that is not local it’s your choice but keep in mind it’s the local stores that’s will be around to support your community. Just a thought to keep in mind.

Not a single person wore a mask.  Was going to get a saw blade, but I will not reward stores who don't stand up for people's health.

The staff was extremely helpful with all my questions. They helped me find the right product to meet my needs. I am highly pleased with my experience!

Do not honor warranty on their products. Very unprofessional and disappointing

Very friendly people & knowledgeable staff. Everyone I have encountered here have been super nice! They have just about anything you can think of & stuff you never thought you needed! Certified Stihl dealer, so they have genuine parts for Stihl chainsaws. They keep a lot in stock so you don't have to wait to get them. Way better than the big box stores! Love visiting this store, hidden gem in Mt. Olive!
