  I locked my keys in my Jeep the day before New Year's Eve. I didn't have a spare. I called the locksmith located across the street from Planet Fitness (where I was parked) and he said he couldn't come help me until next week, lol. I called Eastern Locksmith and he was there in minutes. Got me unlocked quickly and even made me a spare key.

  The gentleman worked very hard to make sure that my key and key fob were properly programmed in a timely manner. Very professional and explained everything to me. I would highly recommend Eastern Locksmith to everyone!

  I contacted Eastern locksmith because of a problem I was having with the chip in my car key and from the first call until they came out to my house I received professional, knowledgeable, and courteous service. On the phone I was provide with information on what the problem might be and the prices for what could be done. I was given not only the price but it included the tax as well. The services were broken down so I knew exactly what I was getting with suggestions made to make sure I got my money's worth. I came in person to have my key checked, and again nothing but amazing customer service! And I was being "that" customer with a million questions and double checking everything. I scheduled a service call and Adam came out and even though he couldn't fix my problem (it was my car, not Adam) he did everything in his power to address the issue. The service call was an affordable price and I'm beyond happy the service they provided. Highly recommended and would definitely use them again in the future!
