  Outstanding customer service by compassionate and genuinely good people. About a month ago, my old front door key fell into a deep crack outside my house. I happen to live nearby and went over to just ask about their rates for getting me back into my house. The man behind the front counter helped me try to get the key out of the crack for about an hour. Ultimately, they had to unlock my door and a locksmith came by after returning to the office. It took him about 15 seconds to let me back in. I was amazed that they would help me for so long, even though it was a quick fix. It was a beautiful gesture of kindness and humanity. They replaced the locks on my doors and made spare keys. They work perfectly. The customer service is unmatched and everyone in the shop is very kind. I loved that their children were in the shop (after school) and it’s a family owned business. They also had an amazing erector set display for Christmas. Based on the way they helped me, how they conducted themselves, and how they interacted with their children, I could tell they are good people.

  They are fast and always very kind and helpful. They had an erector set put up for Christmas display and the kids absolutely loved it. They even offered to help us program our new keys to our vehicles even though we were able to do it ourselves. I highly recommend these guys if you need to get new programable laser cut keys for your vehicles. They are amazing and I will definitely go back. I believe they do more than just vehicle keys as well.
