They came right out on a snowy, icy day and made a new key for my husbands pickup that I lost the day before. Great customer service on the phone and in person. So refreshing. Also very reasonable!!!

Jim is awesome! Very friendly and fast service. The keys are cut correctly with no hassle.
He answers the phone right away which is a big plus as the shop is on the lower level of the central building.
Definitely will be back for lock and key services

I visited Jim with a problematic key to cut.  He was kind, courteous, helpful and above everything took his own time to help me solve my dilemma.  I would highly recommend him.

Called Jim’s after another locksmith said they were booked and could not help today to get a few keys cut for my sons quad. Just received the blank keys from Polaris and the person who answered the phone was very rude! Said that unless I wanted to pay for his 4,000 dollar machine he was unable to help if I bought the keys elsewhere. If your looking for quad keys to be cut stay away from this place!!

Cheerful able to explain optioñs available to me quickly and concisely if I need a locksmith this "is" what I'll pick in the future. I edited this today because it initially read that I wouldn't pick Jim's Lock and key in the future and I said I would. the" is" had initially read isn't, if I hurt this business in any way I deeply apologize because as I spoke to a person at this company I generally thought that they were going to help me with a reasonable price.
