Vinnie and the Jensen team went out of their way to help me on a commercial project the afternoon before Thanksgiving.  Their selflessness and timely services were greatly appreciated.  They are very professional and were extremely knowledgeable about the parts needed to correct the issue.  I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Vinnie and the entire Jensen Lock and Alarm team.

We had a truck arrive at our dock and while he was unloading, he accidently locked the truck door.  We call Jensen Lock, he answered the phone and said he could be there in 1/2 hour.  AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE, and he was the sweetest thing too.  Thanks so much !!!  Cheryl

Called to have someone come out and install locks at my house. Lou said he could come on a Saturday. I called the office Thursday and Friday to get a time frame of when on Saturday. Lou was never available. Whoever answers the phone there could not put me in touch with Lou or give me a time frame. I asked to have Lou call me and never did. Person answering the phone is extremely unprofessional and rude. Fly by night company. Definitely do not recommend

I just recently was there today, I have a situation with my key fob And was prepared to go to a dealership and pay a whole Lotta money for a replacement.But luckily because it was an older model he was able to fix it and have me back on the road. Will definitely be going back.

Dedicated  ,   The guys here are great .  Had an issue that ran the guys about 45min after closing time . and the guys didn't give up until the were able to resolve it .

Just moved here from Georgia and hadn't been here long someone stole my keys, me not being from the area, know nothing about where anything is i decided to google locksmiths. 1st company i called was booked up until a whooole nother week later, 2nd company jensen lock n alarm very pleasant and welcoming very helpful right off the bat and very responsive and quick. Their employee Vinny was by far the best Ohioian i've encountered, very knowledgeable, professional, quick and i would HIGHLY recommend this company to ANYONE and they will be the only company i will use for now on with any locksmith needs 💯💯 and if you ask for vinny you wont be disappointed! very very knowledgeable and im definitely BEYOND satisfied as a a new lifetime customer definitely beyond what i expected💯💯 jensen lock and alarm deserves everyones business shut everyone else down 💯💯

Well…cash only for emergency calls is lame. Being grumpy over petty things and talked to like a child is lame. Decided that $125 was pretty steep when the local police department was glad to help for free.

Don’t know if they do any service well, don’t know why anyone even lives in Ohio, but hopefully never have a reason to call again. Granted, was told don’t call back.

I called soooo many places to get an estimate for a transponder car key. This place had the best price and didn't charge extra to come all the way to New Castle, Pa. They were also the first place that I called that was actually polite. The gentleman drove out here and within not even 15 minutes he had a new key made. I've never dealt with a locksmith before, but I was very impressed.

Very fast, thorough, & outstanding service.  Lost fob & key. Had spare key & went in.Jensen's was able to provide a second key right on the spot, program it, & even tested it to be sure it worked properly. A fob was ordered to be available next week. Friendly & very professional service. Price was very good as well. I would highly recommend this place. The location is right on Belmont.
