  I got locked out of my house on a cold morning, he drove to Warren from Austintown and once on the road called to tell me exactly when he would be there. Less than an hour later I was back inside. Very appreciative of this man. I highly recommend!!

  Update: Ended up with key problems again (poor design from the manufacturer) and immediately went to Austintown Lock & Key again. They were super helpful, always incredibly friendly, and made a very stressful situation virtually stress-free. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Excellent business. Any time I have a car key problem, this is the first (and only) place I call. I've used them for broken key fobs, hard to get open battery changes, etc. Always a pleasant service, quick, and reasonable price. Definitely recommend.
