We used JC Security for installation of a deadbolt lock and we couldn't be happier. I was able to get an estimate over the phone and set up the appointment super quickly, plus they were able to come out the next day! He was on-time, professional, and incredibly reasonably priced.  I'd definitely choose them again for any of my locksmith needs!

I called late afternoon when my keys got locked in my car at home. I texted Brad and he immediately returned my text and said he could be there yet this afternoon. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and within minutes had my car unlocked. He even cut me a spare key for a small fee before he left. Would definitely recommend and call again if needed. KN

I sent an email to JC Security regarding purchasing and programming an additional key fob for my car. Brad got back to me the same day, was able to get the fob in stock within a couple days after and was able to program it the next day. Service was very quick and reasonably priced, especially compared to dealer prices. Brad was friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend this service.

The lockset on my exterior door failed. I called JC Security. A very polite and professional man came to my house promptly and replaced the lockset very quickly. Then keyed the new set to match the rest of the house. It didn't cost much either. I was very pleased with the service.

Brad was really nice, professional and fast! After the first place I called couldn’t find me and was rude, Brad found my location with no issues and got the keys out of my truck fast! Highly recommend!

Probably as efficient as it gets. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Brad was super professional, showed up in less than 15 minutes and unlocked my car in less than 10 seconds. Very reasonably priced. Nobody wants to be locked out of their car, but if it happens, call this guy!!! I’ll be using this place again ASAP to make a spare key!

After losing the smart key to our vehicle I called around for pricing. JC Security was the most reasonably priced. Even the dealership suggested calling them. They were able to get the replacement key in less than a week and came out to the house to reprogram it. After not running the car for a few months the battery was dead. Brad was so helpful with getting our second vehicle hooked in order to jump the battery.  Very friendly. Very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them to any one who needs locksmith services!

Needed to replace a car key; not a lockout situation. Brad immediately ordered the proper key (didn’t have a Jeep key in stock), called as soon as it arrived, and had the key cut and programmed in about 10 minutes. Very happy to have found such a professional. Highly recommend.

I unfortunately lost a key fob to my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan.  The first thing I thought to do was call the dealership that I purchased my vehicle from.   When I asked the dealership how much it would be to replace the key, this is what they told me.  $169.00 just for the fob, another $50.00 to program the fob to my vehicle, and and additional $39.00 if I want the spare door key hidden in fob, taxes and fees not included.  A total price of $258.00.  I almost stopped in and bit the bullet.  Luckily, I found JC Security.  When I called, I was quoted $130.00 for the exact same key, programmed and ready for use.  The price couldn't be beat.  Now let me talk about craftsmanship.  I stopped by their location shortly after work, and in less than 20 minutes I had a programmed fob, and a hidden key, keyed to my vehicle.  Not only was their work of the highest standard and efficiency, but both Jeff and Brad were professional, respectful and courteous.  I wouldn't recommend anyone else.  The guys at JC Security are who you're looking for.

I cannot thank JC Security enough. My mother recently passed away and kept keepsakes and photos of great sentimental value in her safes in case of fire. After calling around for days and days and my brothers and I being told we needed to file estate paperwork with the state by another prominent company, we were at our wits end, and I just wanted photos to put on a poster board for my mom’s funeral. Finally, we contacted JC, and they came through within a few hours, opened the safes, and we were able to see and hold my mom’s precious photos and keepsakes again. Excellent service.
