  It was very hard to get a hold of anyone here or any place in the Jackson area! I find when needing a locksmith in Jackson; you surely better not need them on the weekend! You're out of luck! No one answers their phone except one place. I believe it's was Michigan Center Locksmith. The man was very nice and helpful, matter of fact, referred me to here, as he was sick. This place told me they wouldn't be able to help me until Wendsdsy, and it was Monday morning! I had left a message on Saturday morning and never heard back. It gavee me time to reconsider and drill out the lock. There's nothing like considering paying 65 to 100 dollars to get into a room when you have wonderful neighbors with a handy, dandy drill and bit. Thanks,Tony! I now need to replace my 15 dollar lock.😁

  The man, Jim, came to our house , he rekeyed 8 locks but did not have us check to make sure we could open the doors with the new keys. He left. I had an appointment and had to leave but left him a message that the keys don’t work in the one door. Jim must have turned around and came back to our house but didn’t know I was not there because of an appoint and my husband who was home was online teaching and had no idea where the new keys were that Jim was asking about so Jim left. Jim would not answer my calls nor call back after that. So I called him on a different number and he answered, said he couldn’t come out that week but next week. (Next week was 2 weeks ago). And he didn’t answer his phone yesterday when my husband tried calling nor this morning when I called again. I will not hire him again nor will I recommend him because he has a bad attitude and doesn’t care about the work he does. This is my 84 year old mother’s house and she is the one who paid him so he must also like stealing money from the elderly. I’m calling better business tomorrow if I don’t hear back from him today.
