  Excellent service. Rekeyed Schlage deadbolt lockset that I had lost the key for, while I waited... then looked up the service manual to help me program it and figure out I had reassembled it incorrectly. In-shop work only, but that means they're not gone on service calls when you stop by during store hours, too.
