I had called earlier this morning after realizing I left my keys in my house. I called and was dispatched to his associate who was great! He knew the area and was here in less than a half hour. I felt comfortable and knew that he took pride in his work. This was my first time here and will definitely be back in the future.

I called Joe, and he dispatched his associate Bobby to my home within an hour. These guys do great work. Bobby found the problem with my lock, fixed it, and he also repaired a couple minor things that were done incorrectly on a previous repair. They take pride in their work and want things done the right way. Highly recommended.

I would use Joe again for future work I need. He is professional, friendly and did an outstanding job.

I had lost my keys for my Camry and had been looking everywhere to find a good trust worthy locksmith. Thankfully I was recommended to use J.Franco Locksmith by a good friend of mines and he did not disappoint. I called him one day and we scheduled an appointment for the following day! Great service! On time and respectable! I believe he finished cutting and reprogramming two keys for me less than two hours!!! I would highly recommend his services to anyone in need for a locksmith!!!

I was very lucky to find Joe to help me with my vehicle. I called because I lost my only key, and Joe was very investigative with my specific issue as well as communicative up until way after work hours. Joe was able to help me the very next day and accommodated me for when I would be available. Once getting into the locked vehicle, he realized the electric was completely dead (I didn't know it had died, although this has happened before and it was very annoying). In the fuse box, he wasn't sure which wire controlled the navigation system/electric because the compartment door with the labeling on it had broken off (of course). Well, he didn't give up and utilized several resources to identify the wire that needed to be replaced. He figured it out and replaced it with a new wire and now the electric is perfect in my car. SUPER grateful for that. Then he was able to do what he charged very fairly for, which was make me a brand new key fob and physical key. Cheapest price for a replacement I found online, and by FAR the BEST VALUE. Thank you so much, Joe. I recommend him to everyone.

When I misplaced my last Remote Key for my 2016 Outlander. I was calling different places including dealers. I ruled out dealers because of cost & time including towing. Without delay, I purchased two key fobs from Amazon. I spoke to several locksmith but nobody wants guaranty that it will work  and they insisted me to buy key fobs from them; those were expensive too. When I spoke to Franco, I felt he is trust worthy and less expensive. I gave me two options - he will activate those keys, which I have purchased, in case those do not work then I can buy a cheaper one from him, he will bring with him, and it is guaranteed that it will work . I liked the deal and accepted it. Next day, he showed up on time and activated my keys, purchased from Amazon, within few minutes; he did not try to sell his own key. He made car door key for me which took sometime as expected. I was so pleased, I gave him little more than he asked for. Another day, I took my 2014 Altima to his store as both keys were not functioning properly even after changing batteries. I
He activated both keys but still none of them were working; then he opened both keys in front of me and found out that one battery was place upside down and the other was dead ( even though I put a new). He fixed both and charged me ONLY $5 for the battery. Folks don't think that he will charge the same for other customers for this type of work.  Probably he gave me a break because I paid little more than he asked for the previous incident. He is a professional and experienced.

I needed to have a car replacement key made quickly.  I tried several places (including the dealer) before I found J Franco Locksmith.  Joe was by far the most knowledgeable and professional of all the places I contacted. He knew right away what needed to be done, had the replacement in stock, and was able to make the key much more quickly than anyone else.  I could not recommend him more highly.

Called the locksmith at 830 am after I spent the whole morning looking for my one set of car keys. He told me he would be there at 1130 and he was exactly on time. He was well organized and had extraordinary knowledge with my situation and made me two new keys on the spot as well as my key remote all in less than 45 minutes. It was a Really good experience. Great experience!  Purchased new home and  J.  Franco came on short notice and was professional and  punctual.  He had a tough job and took his time and did an excellent job.   Based on his vast experience he even realized that the prior owner had installed one of my locks in properly and he fixed it free of charge.
