  Needed specialty cabinet keys for work. Interstate Security had to order them and had them within a week. It took them 15 minutes to cut 12 keys while I waited. The new keys work better then some of the old copies we used. Would highly recommend.

  I've called a few different times to just get a key cut and they always tell me they don't have time even if it's during business hours. I'm not sure who Paul is but, he hung up on me when I called. Ive never had a "professional" do that to me before. Very disappointing, I'll have to take my business somewhere else.

I'm sorry but I do not recall ever speaking with you on several different occasions about getting a key cut and telling you that I do not have time. Cutting keys is what I do for a living and I have never told a customer that I do not have time to cut a key for them. Sorry but I think that you meant to leave this review for some other company.   I had a broken key that I needed copied quickly and of course with broken keys there is no guarantee it will work. They got me a good copy in about 5min and it worked perfectly.
