  Stay away from this company. We had occasion to call them for an emergency on Sunday. The initial charge was for 187.00 just to show up. They charged a grand total of 700.00. They has a credit card on hand so we had to pay. On the following day an intruder entered our building. We reached out to them to request they return to check their work performed on the previous day. The response was- there is a charge to come out again, in addition the gentleman was very rude and refused to return to the building to check the work. Truly they lived up to the Houdini name.

  We neutralized Sundays Emergency by changing the cylinders and providing New Keys as requested. Recommendations for Security improvements made at the time were declined. When contacted today about a New event, forced entry Break-in by Large Screwdriver. We offered to come out on an Urgent Service Call to make recommendations and repairs to strengthen security but we can't work for free, this is not warranty related.

  Called another company yesterday and they kept telling us they would be to our house but never showed. Hubby called Houdini and they showed up 15 mins after our call, quoted and us a lower price than the other company. Matt was very professional!! Thank you!

  Larry bent over backwards to make sure our new home was safe and secure. Whenever I call him night or day he responds rapidly and finds the best most cost effective solution. I’ve been using him for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
