  It’s was great experience with Dm Locksmith South Philadelphia I was lockout of my apartment Them open the the door lock within 10 minutes without to make any damage Rekey the new lock cylinder to be match my old key so don’t need to replace my other locks Fast locksmith service in Philadelphia On emergency lockout service I used again last night with the locksmith Service to unlock my car , I locked my keys in the car, called on 10:32pm 11-07-2021 , the locksmith guy came over about 15-20 minutes later and open the car within 10 minutes Thank you for saving my number night.

  I was locked out of my house after a long day at work. I called this company and they was at my house in 45 minutes Had me in my house. They were fast and and there prices was great. I will let everyone I know about this company.

  DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! I phoned on a Friday afternoon and was quoted $19 for the visit and a starting price of $35 for the lock, $65 starting for a dead bolt. I asked if I could schedule a time and they did not tell me this would cost more. The locksmith phoned me an hour before the appointment to say he was at my house, I was obviously not home as I had scheduled a different time. When I arrived, he looked at the lock and told me it was $120. When he wrote the bill, it was $150. As a female, I felt uncomfortable disputing this at 10:30pm outside my home on a 25 degree night as this man had just unlocked the door to my home. I phoned the business for a week to speak to a manager or owner, when he returned my call, he said there was nothing he could do because I had already paid and I should have disputed this in the moment. They lied about the price and refused to do anything about it. I'd highly recommend using a different business. The company was not hung up on when we spoke to rectify the situation. They never offered to rectify anything and said I shouldn't have accepted the service or agreed to pay the bill.

  We are sorry that this experience was not good. The office secretary had told you the starting prices for the job. They are not locksmiths and cannot give you the exact price over the phone. It is up to the locksmith to determine how much it cost to unlock the door. Also, We had called you to rectified the situation and was hung up on. We apologized that you feel that way.
