I needed the door nob, and dead bolt installed on an OLD door. They sent a guy same day I called. Bad weather, and all. I wanted one key to fit both locks. That wasn't done, probably because of the way he had to do this. He said anyone else would have insisted on a new door, and I suspect he's right. In all they did good work at a reasonable price. They were nice, and the job is done well. I appreciate it, and will be back.

I purchased a used car. Was only given 1 key with it and every time I unlock it, the alarm will sound.  Entered Harper Lock and Key after another business' recommendation. They quickly listened to my situation and were able to order the item I  need. May need to wait 1 week to get it but their service and pleasant attitude was a great encouragement to my difficult past day!

I ordered a new fob for my newly acquired Chevy Equinox. It arrived a couple of weeks, but the supplier sent the wrong size emergency key. I was planning to leave town so I asked them to put a rush on it. I didn't mind returning because one of the "employees" is an amazing German Shepherd whose main job is to entertain customers by kicking a ball around like a soccer player! I tried kicking it back and Jake is great at blocking too! Anyway, the 2nd fob arrived before my trip and it works perfectly. All's well that ends well!

I went in for a copy of my car key and they were fantastic. I 100% recommend them to anyone who is having any and all key and lock issues. They are upfront about their costs and will help you understand anything that you are unclear on as opposed to simply cutting a key and sending you out the door.

I contacted Harper Lock and key because of difficulty turning the ignition key on our 2007 Saturn Vue,  The representative advised he would first make a factory coded key before rebuilding the ignition which many times would fix the problem with much less expense.  I was fully expecting them to have to replace the ignition but sure enough the factory coded key fixed the problem.  Truthfully, I kind of felt they undercharged me.  They certainly have gained my trust and business.  Also kudos to Jay Key Service for recommending them for ignition work.

Had my pontiac key faub redone, it took only 10 minutes tops. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about what my car needed!

Quick service. Good prices. Friendly staff. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for keys.
